How I Gained Tremendous Energy In A Week

A big part of having an extraordinary life is to have the physical body and vitality.

To have this extraordinary physical body and vitality you must look at your diet.

The problem with nutritional advice that is out there now is that there is too much of it, and they often contradict each other.  So what is the real answer?  Well I’m not sure there ever will be a definite answer to everything but I can tell you how I gained a ton of energy back and feel great without resorting to crazy fad diets or eating unhealthy amounts of food.  Here’s what to do:

  1. Drink plenty of water. You are MADE of water!  To not drink it often is a ridiculous thing to do!  You must take in water every single day.  You can go by regular standards or you can super hydrate,  a good benchmark is half of your body weight in ounces per day.  So if you weigh 180 lbs for example, you should be drinking at least 90 ounces of water a day.  Yes, it is a lot of water, but it’s the only way to keep yourself really hydrated!
  2. 80/20 Rule. You should be taking in proper foods.  Living green vegetables give us the most nutrients, the most vitamins, the most minerals, and the most energy!  If you want an abundance in energy, it does not come from sugar loaded snacks, caffeine, or energy drinks.  It comes from raw green veggies.  If you can work up to a 80% Green Vegetable and 20% Everything Else, meal every time, you would be amazed at how much energy you have!
  3. Exercise Regularly. While this may seem like a given, you need to do it.  Getting your heart rate up, especially in the morning does wonders for your body and allows oxygen to flow freely through your body.  If you do the first two steps, the third one should be easy to do as well as create more energy for your extraordinary life.
